So disappointed with this company.
We purchased this bed in good faith after seeing it advertised repeatedly across social media. £799 later, three weeks after ordering and despite chasing countless times, we are still waiting for the covers that should have been supplied with the bed.
We specifically ordered this bed because we urgently need to transition our son into his own room while my partner is going through chemotherapy. What should have been one less thing for us to worry about has instead become another source of unnecessary stress.
We were told the bed was in stock when we ordered. Three weeks later, we still cannot actually use it because essential parts of our order have not arrived.
After repeatedly trying to contact the company, we eventually received a response via Instagram, but even then we were given no confirmation of when the missing items would actually be delivered.
For a £799 purchase, I don't think expecting basic communication and a complete, usable product is unreasonable.
Unfortunately, based on our experience, if you have an issue with your order and expect prompt communication, I wouldn't hold your breath.
Unless the missing covers are delivered immediately and we receive confirmation of when we can expect them, I will be initiating a chargeback for the purchase.
Extremely disappointing experience, particularly given the circumstances we explained and the amount of chasing we have already had to do.
