These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the Little Lifely mobile app and related app services.

By creating an account, accessing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the app.

1. Who we are

The Little Lifely mobile app is operated by Efficient Living Group Pte Ltd ("we", "us", "our").

The app supports the Little Lifely product and customer experience, including order-related features, product guidance, sleep transition content, personalised design features, notifications, customer support and related services.

2. Parent or guardian responsibility

The app is intended for use by adults, parents and legal guardians. It is not intended to be used directly by children without adult supervision.

If you provide information about a child, upload a child's photo, or create personalised content involving a child, you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian, or that you otherwise have authority to provide that information and use those features.

You are responsible for deciding whether the app content, product guidance and sleep transition suggestions are appropriate for your child and family.

3. App account

You may need to create or use an account to access certain app features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account unless caused by our negligence or a security issue within our systems.

4. Purchases and Shopify checkout

Product purchases are processed through Shopify and the Little Lifely online store, not directly through the app's own payment system.

Product prices, promotions, shipping, returns, refunds, warranties and fulfilment are governed by the applicable Little Lifely store policies and checkout terms presented at the time of purchase.

The app may show product, order or tracking information, but the official purchase and fulfilment records remain with Shopify and our ecommerce systems.

5. Order and tracking information

The app may display order status, shipping status, fulfilment information, tracking numbers, carrier updates or delivery milestones.

Tracking information may come from Shopify, carriers, AfterShip or other fulfilment/tracking providers. Tracking data can be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate due to carrier, warehouse, customs, weather, system or third-party issues.

We aim to provide helpful tracking information, but we cannot guarantee that every tracking update will be real-time, complete or error-free.

6. Sleep transition and educational content

The app may provide sleep transition guidance, bedtime ideas, product education, care instructions or related parenting content.

This content is general educational information only. It is not medical, psychological, developmental, safety, professional or clinical advice. You should use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional if you have concerns about your child's health, sleep, development, safety or wellbeing.

You remain responsible for supervising your child and using Little Lifely products safely and appropriately.

7. Personalised designs and AI-generated content

Some app features may allow you to upload a photo, provide a child name, choose themes or generate personalised designs or illustrations.

You confirm that you have the right to upload any photo or content you provide. You must not upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, explicit, infringing or inappropriate content.

AI-generated content may not always be accurate, perfect or suitable. It may contain errors or unexpected results. We may refuse, remove or restrict generated content if we believe it is inappropriate, unlawful or harmful.

Unless otherwise stated, personalised designs and generated content are provided for personal, non-commercial use connected with Little Lifely products and services.

8. Push notifications

If you enable push notifications, we may send notifications about app features, order/tracking updates, product guidance, sleep transition content, offers, reminders or other Little Lifely updates.

You can disable push notifications through your device settings at any time.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • misuse the app or interfere with its operation;
  • attempt to access another user's account or data;
  • reverse engineer, scrape, copy or exploit the app except as allowed by law;
  • upload harmful code, malware or abusive content;
  • use the app for unlawful, misleading or harmful purposes;
  • infringe our intellectual property or the rights of others; or
  • bypass security, usage limits or technical restrictions.

10. Intellectual property

The app, design, text, graphics, branding, software, content, features and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use the app for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You do not receive ownership of the app or its content.

11. Third-party services

The app may connect to or rely on third-party services such as Shopify, Supabase, OneSignal, Apple, Google, PostHog, AfterShip, carriers, AI model providers or other service providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services except where required by law.

12. App availability and changes

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue parts of the app from time to time. We may also fix bugs, add or remove features, or modify content.

We aim to keep the app available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

13. Account deletion

We are setting up an in-app account deletion option from the Profile or Settings area. Once available, you can use that option to request deletion of your account.

You can also contact contact@littlelifely.com to request account or data deletion. Some records may need to be retained for order history, legal, accounting, dispute, security or legitimate business reasons.

14. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the app and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • the app will always be available or error-free;
  • tracking information will always be current or accurate;
  • AI-generated content will always meet your expectations;
  • sleep transition content will achieve a particular result; or
  • the app will be compatible with every device, operating system or network.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, warranty or right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the app.

Where our liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

16. Indemnity

You agree to be responsible for losses, claims or expenses arising from your misuse of the app, breach of these Terms, unlawful content you upload, or infringement of another person's rights, except to the extent caused by our negligence or breach of law.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, unless mandatory consumer laws in your country require otherwise.

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify users in the app or by other reasonable means.

Your continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
