This Privacy Policy explains how Efficient Living Group Pte Ltd ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores and shares information when you use the Little Lifely mobile app and related services.
The Little Lifely app is designed for parents and guardians who have purchased, or are using, Little Lifely products. The app may help families access order information, product guidance, sleep transition content, personalised design features, notifications and related support.
This policy should be read together with our Mobile App Terms and Conditions.
This policy applies to users of the Little Lifely mobile app globally. Because Little Lifely may be accessed by users in different countries, we aim to handle personal information consistently with generally recognised privacy principles, including the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act, the Australian Privacy Principles, the New Zealand Privacy Act, UK/EU-style data rights where applicable, and relevant US privacy principles.
Where local law gives you additional rights, we will respect those rights where they apply.
The app is intended for use by adults, parents and legal guardians. It is not intended to be used directly by children without parent or guardian supervision.
Some app features may ask a parent or guardian to provide child-related information so the app can personalise the experience. You should only provide child-related information if you are the child's parent or legal guardian, or you otherwise have authority to provide that information.
Depending on the features you use, we may collect the following types of information.
Purchases are completed through Shopify and the Little Lifely online store. The app does not directly process card payments.
We use this information to personalise the app experience and provide relevant product or sleep transition content.
Some features may allow you to upload a child's photo so it can be transformed into an AI-generated illustration or personalised design.

AI processing may involve third-party infrastructure or model providers. We aim to send only what is needed to provide the feature.
If you choose to enable push notifications, we may collect and store notification-related identifiers, such as an Apple Push Notification service (APNs) or OneSignal subscription/token identifier, notification permission status, and notification preference or tag information.
You can disable push notifications through your device settings.
We may use analytics tools, such as PostHog, to understand how the app is used and improve the experience. Analytics may include events such as screens viewed, buttons tapped, feature usage, onboarding progress, and error states.
We do not aim to collect sensitive child-specific information for advertising analytics. Analytics should be used to improve the app and understand product engagement.
At the time this policy was prepared, the current app code did not show a dedicated device information SDK or crash logging SDK such as Sentry or Firebase Crashlytics. If we add crash reporting or additional analytics later, we will handle that data according to this policy and update disclosures where needed.
Even where we do not intentionally collect detailed device profiles, standard technical data may be processed by our hosting, database, analytics, notification, security and infrastructure providers. This may include IP address, browser or app environment, operating system, timestamps, request logs and similar technical information needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.

We do not sell personal information in the ordinary sense. We may share information with service providers only as needed to provide, operate, improve and protect the app and Little Lifely services.
We operate globally and use service providers that may process information in countries other than where you live, including Singapore, Australia, the United States and other locations where our providers operate.
Where required, we take reasonable steps to protect personal information when it is transferred internationally.
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including account management, order support, product experience, legal compliance, business records and dispute resolution.
Child-related app personalisation data and saved AI-generated designs may be retained while your account is active or until you delete the data, delete your account, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal or operational requirements.
Original uploaded child photos are not intended to be stored after AI illustration generation. Saved AI-generated illustrations or design images may be stored if you choose to save the design.
We are setting up an in-app account deletion option from the Profile or Settings area. Once available, you can use that option to request deletion of your account.

We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and process deletion requests unless we need to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, order history, tax, accounting, dispute or legitimate business reasons.

Push notifications are optional. If you enable them, we may send app-related updates, product guidance, order/tracking reminders, sleep transition content, offers or other Little Lifely notifications.
